Schedule 2 a month for yourself !!





















Connection Dates are time spent alone, by yourself, simply experiencing the world around you. They’re called Connection Dates because it’s an intentional time for you to create your life, health, and happiness from the inside out. An opportunity to serve ourselves rest, so we can serve others from a place of abundance. A Connection Date is a time to be still and listen to your inner wisdom - to discover what you really, really want - without the noise or distraction of the outside of the world.


1. Schedule 2 per month, 1-2 hour blocks. Put them on your calendar.


2. You must be alone. No kids, partner, or friend. If you’re in a city surrounded by people you don’t know, that’s okay.


3. Go somewhere you don’t know very well The unfamiliar is a great catalyst for connection to something greater.


4. Leave your phone at home, in the car, or 100% turned off. No matter what.


5. Bring a notebook and pen if you want to - or not. If you get hit with a moment of insight, instead of having to worry about forgetting it, take 30 seconds to jot it down. That way, you can return back to the moment and be in joy with yourself.


6. Do not choose something you have to do. Choose something you want to do.


7. Allow yourself to experience awe, joy, and anything else that pops up for you.
